If you want an unforgettable early winter vacation you should come to Vail. Vail has a reputation for early season snow. The famous back bowls are usually already opening up and an EPIC pass (not day pass) allows you to ski the Colorado resorts of Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Keystone. In addition, enjoy the twinkling lights and celebrations of the town of Vail as it prepares for the Christmas season. Join us for a hassle-free start to the 2021/2022 season with colleagues and friends.

Transportation:
Participants should purchase their own round trip air tickets December 8-14
We recommend considering flying into Eagle/Vail (EGE) which has the advantage of a much shorter transfer.
Ground transportation:
Ground transportation from Eagle to Vail is either by local ECO bus ($1 senior, $6 adult) or Epic Mountain Shuttle (estimated $82 r/t). Transportation from Denver by Epic Mountain Shuttle is estimated at $164 r/t.
Price:
The Price of $775 per person covers accommodation, based on double occupancy. Single rooms may be available upon request depending on fill ratio

There is a deposit of $500 pp to reserve a space. If we do not have an adequate number of participants signed up by August 23 we may have to reduce or cancel the trip.
Balance payable by October 22, 2021
Note: Active 2021/22 membership is required for all participants in order to confirm a reservation.
