Vail is world renowned for its early season light powder and extensive terrain
If you want an unforgettable early winter vacation you should come to Vail. Vail has a reputation for early season snow. The famous back bowls are usually already opening up and most lift passes allow you to ski the Colorado resorts of Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Keystone. In addition, enjoy the twinkling lights and celebrations of the town of Vail as it prepares for the Christmas season. Join us for a hassle-free start to the 2024 season with colleagues and friends.
Accommodation
Vail International, Lionshead
- Spacious 2BR/2BA, fully equipped, condos
- Walking distance to the lifts, restaurants, etc.
- Spa, hot tub, fitness room, outdoor heated pool
- Rental shop (vailskibase.com) nearby.
Participants should purchase their own round trip air tickets December 10-16
We recommend considering flying into Eagle/Vail (EGE) which has the advantage of a much shorter transfer.
Ground transportation
Ground transportation from Eagle to Vail is either by local ECO bus ($2 senior, $6 adult) or Epic Mountain Shuttle (estimated $82 r/t). Transportation from Denver by Epic Mountain Shuttle is estimated at $164 r/t.
The Price:
$800 per person covers accommodation, based on double occupancy.

Lift Tickets
Vail is on the Epic pass. See lift ticket options https://passes.ski.com/epicikon Purchase of an Epic Pass or 5-day Epic Day pass will earn a land package credit of $50 or $30 respectively

Payment Schedule:
A deposit of $400 pp should be sent by August 15 to reserve a space.
The balance is payable by October 6, 2023
Note: Active 2023/24 membership is required for all participants in order to confirm a reservation.
