The Club is offering a land only package. You can customize your trip, making the air and lift ticket arrangements that work best for you.
The Land only Package includes:
· Lodging (double occupancy room)

Lodging:
Seven nights at Park City Peaks Hotel Saturday, March 2 to Saturday March 9. Park City Peaks Hotel
This recently renovated hotel is conveniently located on the town shuttle line, providing easy access to Park City lifts, and the historic downtown. The modern rooms feature two queen beds and a small refrigerator. Single Supplement is $1,625.
The hotel boasts an indoor/outdoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna and steam room and a well-equipped exercise facility.
In addition to the town shuttle service, the hotel offers daily dedicated shuttle service to Deer Valley and Park City lifts, and downtown Park City.
Customize your trip by making your own arrangements for AIR:
Delta and Southwest are the two carriers currently providing non-stop service from the Washington area to Salt Lake City. Individual booking is available now on Delta for March 2024. Southwest typically releases their schedules and pricing 180 days prior to departure date.
Transfer From SLC Airport To Park City Peaks Hotel.
Canyon Transport. If practical, (a number of trip participants with similar arrival/departure times) the trip leader may arrange a shuttle. An additional charge will apply.
Lift Ticket:
The lift ticket is not included in the package price. You will have the opportunity to purchase an EPIC pass directly from the Club’s agent in October. The trip leader will coordinate with the agent. Park City is owned by Vail Resorts and is part of the EPIC Pass family of resorts. There are many EPIC products - from season passes to multiday passes valid at multiple resorts. You can explore pass options https://www.epicpass.com/passes/epic-pass.aspx Please be aware that once purchased, EPIC passes are nonrefundable and non-transferrable.
Application:
Note: Active 2023/24 Membership is required for all participants to confirm a reservation.
PAYMENT:
Deposit: $1,000 due with application (no later than October 15th). The balance will be due by November 15. If we do not have adequate participants by November 1, we may reduce size/cancel trip).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Before Oct 15, full refund. After Oct 15, $500 penalty. After November 1, no refund unless substitute is found (refund less $500 penalty). The Club will assist in finding a substitute.
INSURANCE:
The Club strongly recommends that everyone purchase trip insurance. Note that ‘cancel for any reason’ insurance typically must be purchased at the same time as you make the trip deposit.
