PARK CITY - Six Days of skiing and screenings. Perfect for the skiing cinephile. During the Festival, the ski slopes are less busy, and the opportunities for attending screenings are endless.
Park City is the most convenient, and largest ski resort in the United States. There is something for every skier - over 7,500 acres, more than 300 trails. Check it out at Park City Mountain.
And Park City is also home to the prestigious Sundance Film Festival. Since 1985, many films launched at the Festival have gone on to gain critical acclaim and worldwide screenings.

Six nights at Park City Peaks Hotel
Monday, January 24, to Sunday January 30. The recently renovated hotel is conveniently located on the town shuttle line, with easy access to Park City lifts, the historic downtown, and screening locations. The hotel boasts an indoor pool and workout facility. The modern rooms hold two queen beds. Daily hot breakfast is included.

January 24 – IAD to Salt Lake City 7:20AM – 10:22AM
January 30 -- Salt Lake City to IAD 5:30PM – 11:30PM

Package 2) $2,680 Five Day Standard Park City lift pass.
Package 3) $2,740* EPIC unlimited season pass. *
Package 4) $2,060 Basic package only, no lift.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Deposit: $1,000 due with application to confirm place on the trip.
Balance due by October 1. If we do not have adequate participants by September 15, we may reduce size/cancel trip.
Club membership dues individual ($50) Family ($75) to be paid with deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Before October 1, cancellation fee of $400; after October 1, no refund, unless substitute found. Club will make reasonable efforts to locate a substitute.
INSURANCE: The Club recommends that everyone consider purchasing trip insurance to cover unforeseen reasons that may cause one to cancel travel plans. Note that typically ‘cancel for any reason’ insurance must be purchased at the same time as you make the trip deposit.

Please note that the Epic lift passes are:
i) non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased hence no refund will be available from the Club under any circumstances
iii) useable at other participating Epic resorts subject to defined blackout periods
