About this trip
If you've ever been curious about skiing Japan, this is the trip for you! We will spend five days skiing in the Hakuba Valley (home of the 1998 Winter Olympics), in addition to having the opportunity to tour Tokyo and Kyoto. We will travel via the legendary Bullet Train, and have options for side trips to see snow monkeys, visit onsens (natural hot springs), and more! This trip package does NOT include flights, enabling you to customize your itinerary on either the front or back end.

The trip package includes:
- 1 night lodging in Tokyo
- Bus and train transportation from Tokyo to Hakuba Valley
- Six nights lodging in Hakuba Valley- Five days skiing at any of the 10 Hakuba Valley resorts
- Bus and train transportation from Hakuba Valley to Kyoto
- Two nights lodging in Kyoto - Daily breakfast
- All lodging is double-occupancy
- Deduct $300 if lift pass is not required
- Single rooms, IF available, will cost an additional $2,660.

Trip Insurance
The Club recommends that participants purchase sufficient travel insurance and medical insurance as it will not be liable for any injuries caused during the trip or for trip cancellations made by the participant after the cancellation deadline. Cancellation Policy
Cancel by November 15, 2025 - 25% penalty
Cancel by December 15, 2025 - 50% penalty
Cancel after December 15, 2025 - No Refunds, unless a substitute is found (the club will assist in finding a substitute)
Currency Exchange Rates
Trip price is subject to fluctuations in exchange rates. Participants will be given as much notice as possible should the value of the Yen and/or Dollar shift. The price will be locked in no later than 12/27/2025.
