Aspen Snowmass, Colorado – January 2020

This trip maximizes skiing time, putting you right in the midst of one of the most iconic, sophisticated and magical ski destinations in the world. We fly into Aspen Airport (via Denver) and stay in the heart of Snowmass Village, only 15 minutes from the airport. Snowmass will be our base with a free shuttle service offering easy access to all that Aspen offers (only 9 miles away). Even better, this trip runs over MLK weekend. There will be welcoming green runs and challenging black terrain to suit every taste. Our lift ticket (or your IKON pass) provides access to all four regional resorts – Snowmass, Aspen Mountain (Ajax), Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk. Daily free mountain orientation tours – at 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM – will set you up for a great week of skiing.

The Lodging

Our hotel, the Stonebridge Inn in Snowmass Village is mere steps from the Snowmass lifts. The Stonebridge offers the charm of a boutique hotel with the amenities of a large resort property – 24-hour concierge service, outdoor heated pools and hot tubs, steam room and sauna and a fitness facility. And to get you off to a great start each morning. our lodging package includes a hot buffet breakfast for six mornings (Sunday to Friday).

Payment:

Deposit: $500 no later than September 15th. Balance due by October 5th. If we do not have adequate participants by October 1, we may reduce size/cancel trip).

Cancellation Policy:

Before October 5, $200; between October 5 to December 1 – penalty of 50% of lodging unless replacement is found; after December 1, no refund unless substitute is found.
