This year, you can use the EPIC Pass lift ticket, EPIC Pass, on all four of the Club’s planned domestic ski trip destinations - Vail, Park City, Heavenly and Telluride.
Some members, especially those planning more than one trip, can save by purchasing EPIC Pass products. To help you take advantage of these savings, we will provide details of EPIC Pass options in our domestic trip packages.
Depending on the trip, you may have a few lift options:
· EPIC Day Passes good for use on a single domestic trip.
· EPIC Unlimited Season Passes with access to multiple resorts, including all of our domestic trip destinations.
· Multi-day resort lift-tickets
You may also choose not to purchase a lift ticket.
Purchasing any EPIC Pass requires planning early. EPIC Pass prices increase as the season approaches, with sales ending on November 1.
Another consideration in choosing your lift option is that EPIC Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Should you have to cancel your Club trip for any reason, there will be no refund on EPIC Passes.
The potential EPIC pass savings, compared to regular multi-day resort lift tickets, vary by destination. You will need to pay particular attention to the individual trip flyers to see which option makes the most sense for you. Different levels of the Epic Season Pass also have restrictions on certain destinations. For example, Telluride and Park City are only accessible on the Unlimited EPIC Season Pass.
The ‘devil is in the details’ on this aspect of trip planning. We suggest you think about your full season skiing plans, including both Club and non-Club trips, and then determine which lift ticket option will best suit your needs.
The individual Trip Leaders can provide additional information on their specific trips, with lift options detailed in each trip flyer. If you decide to purchase an EPIC Pass, you can purchase it through the Club’s trip vendor.
