Vail is world renowned for its light powder and extensive terrain

If you want an unforgettable early winter vacation you have to come to Vail. Only once in the last ten years have we not been able to ski any of Vail’s famous back bowls. In addition, your lift pass allows you to ski the Colorado resorts of Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. Join us for a hassle free start to the new winter sports season with colleagues and friends; the club will take care of the rest!

Accommodation

Transportation:

It is proposed that participants purchase their own round trip air tickets from DCA to Denver on the following Frontier Airlines flights:

Dec 11: F9535 DCA/DEN 7:00 am – 9:25 am

Dec 17: F9538 DEN/DCA 11:49 am – 5:11 pm

Ground transportation:

Ground transportation will be included to link with the above Frontier flights

For those arriving later or returning earlier than the above flights, we can assist in booking independent transfers. The transfer time from Denver to Vail is approx. 2.5 hrs.

Price:

$850 per person covers accommodation and gratuities, based on double occupancy. Single rooms may be available upon request for a supplement depending on fill ratio

Payment Schedule:

There is a deposit of $500 pp to reserve a space. If we do not have an adequate number of participants signed up by August 23 we may have to reduce or cancel the trip.

Balance payable by October 18, 2019

Note: Active 2019/20 membership is required for all participants in order to confirm a reservation. Dues are $50 individual/$75 family.
